First in Japan! Cooking Demonstration with TPB tech by Chef Shiozawa of “CAINOYA”
On Tuesday, February 13 and Wednesday, February 14, a cooking demonstration using TPB tech will be conducted by Chef Takayoshi Shiozawa, owner-chef of "CAINOYA".
"CAINOYA," which earned one Michelin star and gained popularity in Kyoto's Shijo Kawaramachi area before reopening in Kyoto's Omuro district in November 2023, is the first restaurant in Japan to introduce TPB tech.
Please enjoy the beauty, convenience, and heating performance of the glassless TPB tech, combined with Chef Shiozawa's cooking techniques.
