Atlas Concorde has announced the launch of a new industrial development plan for its production plants in Finale Emilia and Fiorano Modenese, where its headquarters are also located. The plan includes a significant enhancement of its logistics capacity.
The company, a specialist in ceramic production and part of the Concorde Group, first communicated that by the end of the year it will complete the doubling of its porcelain slab production capacity at the Finale Emilia site. Following this expansion, during 2026, a new integrated logistics warehouse will be built, covering an area of 19,000 square meters. The company explains that the structure will be covered by a photovoltaic plant consisting of approximately 5,400 panels, which will reduce CO₂ emissions by about 1,400 tonnes per year.
In parallel, in Fiorano Modenese, opposite the company headquarters, Atlas Concorde will build a new logistics hub, also dedicated to porcelain slabs, with a total area of approximately 100,000 square meters. The area will house a logistics warehouse described as "highly automated and digitalized," conceived, the company explains, to support the previously announced doubling of production capacity.
“In a context of strong uncertainty and unpredictability, Atlas Concorde looks to the future. Through this development plan, it confirms its long-term vision and its will to position itself as a stable, reliable, and strategic partner,” commented Maurizio Mazzotti, CEO of Atlas Concorde.
With the works announced today, the company's total investments in the slab sector will reach 100 million euros, rising to 170 million when considering those made in the last four years to modernize tile production lines.
