Innovative Stone Installation System
Laiteley International Engineering, under the Guoshan and Laiteley Group, has developed the world-patented Z-shaped dry-hanging stone installation method. Chairman Chen Junlang stated that Guoshan Stone has taken steady steps, adhering to the principle of "deep roots in Taiwan, global vision, and future outlook," dedicating itself to the stone-related field. Besides continuously developing trend-setting stone products and patented installation methods, the company has also cultivated multiple overseas-educated talents to promote the Guoshan Group and Laiteley Institution in international markets, demonstrating its determination to go global.
Chen Mengqi, Chairman's Special Assistant at Guoshan Group (Laiteley International Engineering), graduated from the University of California, San Diego. He is currently involved in engineering construction and the promotion of undercut anchors, as well as managing the company's own granite mines in mainland China and Saudi Arabia, and various agents for Laiteley undercut anchors on the U.S. West Coast.
Founded in 1981, Guoshan Stone has gradually expanded to become a benchmark professional stone processing manufacturer in Taiwan.
Key Product: Screw-in Undercut Anchor
The "screw-in undercut anchor" launched by Laiteley differs significantly from traditional hanging systems. It allows each panel to bear force independently and be installed separately, avoiding uncertain stress concentration caused by interconnected panels that can lead to deformation or damage, thereby extending the service life of curtain walls and stone under long-term loads.
This system can be widely applied to various materials, including stone, ceramic tiles, terracotta panels, fiber cement boards, high-pressure laminate boards, and glass. Notably, Laiteley's undercut anchors are metal fittings that can be "recycled multiple times."
Chen Boheng, Chairman's Special Assistant at Guoshan Group (Gu Shan International Engineering), graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He is responsible for agent matters on the U.S. East Coast and the promotion of undercut anchors in mainland China.
It is worth mentioning that Laiteley International Engineering's "screw-in undercut anchor" has obtained patents in Taiwan, mainland China, Japan, and Germany, and has become a leading brand of screw-in undercut anchors in China.
The system has passed Level 7 seismic tests at the Taiwan Earthquake Engineering Research Center, pull-out tests of 1,400 kgf by SGS, and certification by industry experts. It has also been included in numerous large national projects and standard atlases.

Chen Yanying, Chairman's Special Assistant at Guoshan Stone, graduated from Les Roches in Switzerland. In an interview, he stated that the Guoshan Group includes Guoshan Stone, Gu Shan International Engineering, Laiteley International Engineering, Taiwan Friendship Stone (in mainland China and Taiwan), and Fudeli Construction in mainland China.
