On the afternoon of August 11, the unveiling ceremony of Longgang District's first "Shenzhen Industrial Tourism Demonstration Site" and the launch of Starcram's first "Beautiful Life·Starting from Ceramics" activity month were held at the Starcram Ceramic Art Cultural Industrial Park. The event aims to ignite cultural passion through the brilliance of ceramics, paint a picture of a beautiful life, promote traditional Chinese ceramic culture, and showcase the beauty of modern industrial tourism, injecting new cultural vitality into Shenzhen.
The event was guided by the Shenzhen Longgang District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, the Shenzhen Longgang District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Longgang Street Office of Longgang District, and the Longgang District Federation of Industry and Commerce, and hosted by Shenzhen Starcram Ceramic Art Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Starcram").
Attendees included Yang Yongqun, Second-Level Inspector of the Shenzhen Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau; Xie Zhenwen, Member of the Party Group and Full-time Vice Chairman of the Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce; Zheng Xuan, First-Level Researcher of the Shenzhen Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; You Yu, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department of Longgang District; Zhu Yuhua, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Longgang District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau; and Yin Zhixiong, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Longgang Street, Longgang District. Zhu Yuhua, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Longgang District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau, congratulated Starcram on being awarded the "Shenzhen Industrial Tourism Demonstration Site." He noted that in recent years, Longgang has won the "Five Consecutive Championships" as a national top 100 industrial district, making it a major industrial and strong industrial district in Shenzhen. With a solid industrial development foundation and deep industrial cultural heritage, Longgang boasts abundant industrial tourism resources and broad development prospects. Moving forward, Longgang District will actively explore industrial tourism resources, fully develop industrial tourism products that are informative, interesting, ornamental, and experiential, and promote the high-quality integrated development of industry and cultural tourism, contributing to Shenzhen's exploration of a new "Industry + Tourism" development model and the high-level construction of a world-class tourism destination.
Xie Zhenwen, Member of the Party Group and Full-time Vice Chairman of the Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce, stated that Starcram is a ceramic enterprise with profound traditional Chinese cultural heritage, innovation, and the distinctive "Shenzhen-style Ceramic Art" characteristics. Over 34 years, it has been dedicated to intelligent manufacturing, earning international acclaim for its exquisite ceramic craftsmanship and diverse aesthetic art. In recent years, the "Guochao (National Trend)" has risen strongly, with domestic products across various industries gaining prominence. The development of national trend culture is spreading rapidly and irresistibly, and traditional Chinese culture is becoming more integrated into daily life and internationalization. He hopes that Starcram, as one of the leading ceramic export enterprises in China and an inheritor of the "Chaocai" intangible cultural heritage, will stand at the forefront, seize opportunities, and meet challenges. By deeply exploring the excellent genes of traditional Chinese culture in the ceramic design process, it should create ceramic art works with unique national characteristics and taste from multiple dimensions, further enhancing the global influence of China's ceramic industry and telling China's ceramic story well. Zhan Peiming, inheritor of the "Chaocai" intangible cultural heritage, founder and chief artist of Shenzhen Starcram Ceramic Art Co., Ltd., introduced in an interview with this newspaper that Starcram is a representative enterprise renowned both domestically and internationally, growing rapidly. It has received honors such as "China National Household Porcelain Production Enterprise" and "National Key Cultural Export Enterprise." It is the only official porcelain production enterprise for the Golden Hall of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress and a supplier of specialized porcelain for state banquets during some heads of state visits to China. The Starcram Ceramic Art Cultural Industrial Park is also Longgang's first "Shenzhen Industrial Tourism Demonstration Site." Zhan Peiming extended an invitation to Hong Kong citizens. Located in the Longgang Street Office area of Longgang District, the Starcram Ceramic Art Cultural Industrial Park features the "world's largest ceramic supermarket," with five distinctive industrial tourism zones: a ceramic culture corridor, a handmade colored porcelain appliqué area, a large ceramic panel painting exhibition area, the Starcram Ceramic Art Museum, and a DIY handmade appliqué experience area. A variety of activities will be held. Citizens and tourists can immerse themselves in the charm of Chinese ceramic culture through "listening, watching, touching, and tasting," ensuring a fulfilling and joyful experience.
