Aica Kogyo Products: Melamine-faced panels "Serarl," "Tough Wall S" Status: Shipment volume will be restricted for the time being for shipments from April 1, 2026 (capped at the monthly average shipment volume from April 2025 to February 2026). Update Date: March 31, 2026
Achilles Products: Rigid urethane foam insulation "Q-One Board," etc. Status: Adjustments to shipment volume, delivery times, and transaction terms, along with supply constraints and potential price revisions. Update Date: March 24, 2026
Asahi Kasei Construction Materials Products: Phenolic resin insulation "Neomaform 3×10 Board," "Neomaform Meter Board," all "Neomazeus" varieties Status: Order restrictions and delivery time adjustments for orders placed from April 1, 2026. Price increases will reflect rising costs of raw materials, energy, and logistics (details to be announced later). Update Date: March 31, 2026
Asahi Fiber Glass Products: Glass wool products Status: From April 1, 2026, quantity restrictions, delivery time adjustments, and split shipments will be implemented based on supply conditions. Price revisions are also possible if significant fluctuations occur in raw material or logistics costs. New business inquiries and quotations are being deferred. Update Date: April 1, 2026
Aron Kasei Products: Pipes, fittings, etc. Status: Price increases of 15% or more for pipes and 5% or more for fittings, effective for shipments from May 7, 2026. Update Date: April 6, 2026
Ichimura Sangyo Products: Waterproofing/airtight materials, underfloor ventilation components, etc. Status: Orders exceeding past performance volumes are restricted for the time being. New orders are also suspended. Due to limited stockpiles, emergency prices are being communicated individually to customers. Update Date: March 25, 2026
Vantech Products: "Vantech Pipe" and other PVC-related products Status: Price increases of 12% or more for PVC pipes and related products, and 6% or more for PVC fittings and related products, effective for shipments from May 7, 2026. Supply adjustments, including shipment restrictions, will also be implemented. Update Date: April 9, 2026
SK Kaken Products: Architectural paints, finishing materials in general Status: Price revisions effective for shipments from May 11, 2026 (water-based products: 15-25% increase, solvent-based products: 20-30% increase, powder products: 10-15% increase). However, major solvent-based products will see price revisions brought forward to shipments from April 21. *Revision rates may change depending on future conditions. Update Date: April 7, 2026
Kaneka Products: PVC resin, extruded polystyrene foam, foamed polyolefin products, expandable polystyrene resin, modified silicone polymer, resin modifiers, etc. Status: Price revisions effective April 1, 2026. Increase rates include 40% for extruded polystyrene foam and 150 yen/kg for foamed polyolefin products and expandable polystyrene resin. Update Date: March 19, 2026
Kansai Paint Products: All thinner products Status: Price increase of 50% or more effective for shipments from April 13, 2026. Shipment restrictions will also be implemented, capped at the shipment performance level of April 2025. Update Date: April 2, 2026
Kubota ChemiX Products: PVC pipes, polyolefin pipes, all types of fittings, etc. Status: Price increases of 30% or more for PVC pipes, 20% or more for polyolefin pipes, and 15% or more for all fittings, effective for shipments from May 7, 2026. Update Date: April 2, 2026
Sankyo Chemical Products: Resin solvents, media, paint film removers, etc. Status: Shipment volume is restricted for the time being, and new transactions are suspended. Delivery from stock may require 2-3 business days' notice. Prices will also be revised sequentially (to be announced separately). Update Date: March 19, 2026
Sangetsu Products: Wall coverings, flooring, fabrics, etc. Status: Possible reductions/restrictions in product supply, changes in delivery times, and revisions to selling prices depending on future circumstances. Update Date: March 24, 2026
Schips Japan Products: Anti-termite insulation "Perform Guard" series, etc. Status: Price revisions effective for shipments from April 20, 2026. Update Date: March 31, 2026
Joto Techno Products: Residential foundation products, interior building materials, exterior materials, etc. Status: Possible order quantity restrictions, delivery time consultations, and temporary suspension of new orders depending on the situation. Price revisions may also occur in the near future. Update Date: April 3, 2026
Syncore Products: Some flooring, wall materials, curtains, etc. Status: Possible shipment quantity restrictions, delays in delivery time responses, and price revisions. Update Date: March 26, 2026
Sekisui Chemical Products: PVC-related products, polyethylene-related products Status: Price increases of 6-12% or more for PVC-related products and 5-20% or more for polyethylene-related products, effective for shipments from May 7, 2026. Update Date: April 2, 2026
JSP Products: Extruded polystyrene foam insulation "Milaform," etc. Status: 40% price increase effective April 1, 2026. Update Date: April 1, 2026
Takiron CI Products: All housing equipment materials including gutters, decking materials, lighting materials, etc. Status: Price increase of 20% or more effective for shipments from April 6, 2026. *Additional increases possible depending on future conditions. Update Date: April 3, 2026
Tajima Roofing Products: Asphalt-based waterproofing materials, polystyrene insulation, urethane foam insulation Status: Price increases of approximately 40-50% for deliveries from May 1, 2026 (polystyrene foam insulation "RB Board" already increased by 40% from April 1). New orders for the entire "Altac" urethane waterproofing series, polystyrene foam insulation, asphalt-based substrate activators, asphalt-based primers, asphalt waterproofing protective coatings, and butyl top waterproofing related materials are currently suspended. Toyo Styrene Products: Polystyrene resin "Toyo Styrol" Status: Price increase of 90 yen/kg or more for deliveries from April 1, 2026. Update Date: March 25, 2026
Toli Products: Vinyl floor tiles/sheets, carpet, wall coverings, curtains, baseboards/adhesives and other ancillary materials Status: Price increase of 20-30% for orders placed from July 27, 2026. Update Date: April 6, 2026
Nisshin Kogyo Products: Urethane coating waterproofing materials, all asphalt roofing/felt products Status: Shipment restrictions on urethane coating waterproofing materials "Xylene, NS Solvent" and all asphalt roofing/felt products. Shipment of topcoat thinner is suspended. A 40% price increase for asphalt roofing/felt products is also planned for shipments from April 21, 2026. Update Date: April 1, 2026
Nihon Jukankyo Products: Various Dantite, Dansheets, coping list/coping joint sheets, slab edge lists, window shields, shield corners, various grommet packings Status: 40% price increase effective for shipments from May 1, 2026. Restrictions, delivery time adjustments, and split shipments are possible for all handled products. New quotations are also difficult to accommodate. Update Date: April 9, 2026
PS Japan Products: Polystyrene resin "PSJ-Polystyrene" Status: Price increase of 90 yen/kg or more for all grades, already effective for shipments from April 1, 2026. Update Date: March 24, 2026
Fukubi Chemical Industries Products: All handled products including phenolic foam insulation "Phenova Board" Status: Product supply restrictions, order restrictions, and delivery time adjustments implemented from April 1, 2026. New prices will be applied sequentially. *Further measures possible depending on future conditions. Update Date: March 25, 2026
Mag-Isover Products: All glass wool products and components, etc. Status: Price increase of 25% or more effective for shipments from July 1, 2026. For the time being, orders will be accepted based on past delivery performance levels. New transactions are temporarily suspended. Update Date: April 6, 2026
Mitsubishi Electric Products: Power distribution and control equipment Status: Price increases of 30% for low-voltage circuit breakers, high-voltage circuit breakers/high-voltage electromagnetic contactors, power fuses, load break switches/disconnectors, and 80% for electromagnetic switches, effective for orders placed from July 1, 2026. Update Date: April 1, 2026
Lilicara Products: Wallpaper, curtains, flooring, etc. Status: Possible future reductions in product supply, shipment restrictions, delivery delays, and revisions to selling prices. Update Date: March 26, 2026
Runon Products: Interior/finishing materials such as wallpaper, fusuma paper Status: Possible reductions/restrictions in supply, changes in delivery times, and price revisions depending on future circumstances. Update Date: April 1, 2026
Lonseal Products: Flooring, waterproofing materials, wall coverings, etc. Status: Possible restrictions and reductions in supply quantity, delivery delays, and price revisions. Update Date: March 26, 2026
