For Hillstate Gaya, first-priority subscription eligibility is given to residents of the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam region aged 19 or older with a housing subscription account held for 6 months or more, regardless of home ownership or household head status. As all units are under 85㎡ exclusive area, supply is allocated 40% by point system and 60% by lottery, opening winning opportunities even for younger generations and newlyweds with low subscription points.
