“All of them, in my opinion, can look good in the right application,” she adds.

“I admit I love the look of these tiles,” says Emily.
Zellige tiles are handmade, which makes them special with their irregular texture, imperfect edges, and glossy finishes that reflect light very naturally. That "controlled imperfection" gives a unique, warm, and characterful touch. The base of a kitchen island is a perfect place to let that artisanal charm shine without overwhelming the whole.
