The showroom of Porcelanosa in Vila-real — inaugurated last February during the 32nd International Exhibition of Global Architecture and Interior Design — hosted this Thursday the first architecture roundtable held in the new space. The discussion focused on how different tools — Building Information Modeling (BIM), artificial intelligence (AI), and augmented reality (AR) — are transforming the way spaces are designed and conceived. Participating in the conversation were architecture firms from the province of Castellón: Ana Valiente, Atlas Arquitectura y Diseño, Carrascosa Arquitectos, Font Arquitectura, GCN Arquitectura, Jaime Portolés, Joaquín Latasa, Juan Antonio Quijano González, and Vicente Picó Arquitectos. Journalist Gema Font moderated the forum.
Technology and Architecture in Transformation
During the meeting, participants shared their personal experiences and those of their respective firms in incorporating these technologies and adapting to a constantly changing professional context.
Among the shared experiences, the professionals agreed on the need to embrace this new reality through continuous learning, highlighting the importance of using tools that optimize time and processes. The panel also emphasized the creativity and analytical capacity of the architect to interpret and project each client's needs.

At the end of the roundtable, attendees were able to enjoy a cheese tasting with denomination of origin wine, organized by Quesomentero Cheesebar.
