Approved by a large majority (with 6 abstentions) by the workers of Ceramica Cielo, one of the main companies in the ceramic district of Civita Castellana, is the new supplementary contract that has been signed by the social partners and Unindustria Ceramica.
The agreement proposed to the ceramists gathered in assembly by the category unions, Filctem Cgil – Femca Cisl – Uiltec Uil, provides for an increase in meal vouchers from 5 to 10 euros.
The amounts of the productivity and quality bonus will be increased up to a maximum of 1550 euros per year. A portion of this latter amount, at the worker's discretion, can be allocated to a Welfare platform. Another 400 euros per year will also be disbursed through the Welfare system.
“The workers in this case appreciated the proposed supplementary agreement. Now we proceed with other meetings with the companies associated with Unindustria,” said Raniero Brunelli, deputy commissioner of Uiltec-Uil.
