Deploying Across Northern and Southern Markets, All Seven Projects Upgraded

In 2024, Foshan China Ceramic City Group will innovate in four areas: product innovation, business model innovation, experience innovation, and digital innovation. In January 2024, China Ceramic City launched its new positioning as "Ceramic Sanitary Ware Brand Flagship Store," simultaneously initiating the first batch of 21 ceramic sanitary ware brand flagship stores. With this optimized upgrade, China Ceramic City will focus on store + service in 2024, creating a brand flagship store cluster, upgrading youth-oriented consumption scenarios and hardware facilities, and stimulating a city-wide atmosphere of innovation to comprehensively enhance the customer experience. The China Ceramic Sanitary Ware Headquarters has been upgraded and renamed to "China Ceramic Sanitary Ware Headquarters," with a focus on introducing sanitary ware, doors and windows, and new materials, and organizing more high-quality industry events within the park. In the future, the China Ceramic Sanitary Ware Headquarters will be an industrial park primarily focused on ceramics, sintered stone, sanitary ware, doors and windows, and auxiliary materials, while also possessing a cultural, artistic, animation, and design ambiance. Huaxia Central Plaza will undergo hardware and software upgrades, using short videos, cross-industry collaborations, and joint merchant promotions to continuously promote the project brand. It will actively host merchant salons and holiday events to build a high-end industrial complex. China (Zibo) Ceramic Headquarters aims to become the northern marketing strategic headquarters for home building materials enterprises, building a headquarters trade service platform for the northern ceramic sanitary ware industry. It will continue to strengthen its building ceramics business while introducing auxiliary materials, daily-use ceramics, glass, cultural creativity, dining, hotels, and entertainment, creating a fashionable cultural and creative industrial ecosystem and forming a themed comprehensive industrial park integrating culture, commerce, and industry.

Changde Dongxing Home Plaza is positioned as a "New Home Culture Experience Center in Northwest Hunan," a one-stop home building materials commercial complex. In 2024, it will focus on building a smart home center, a high-end custom home cluster, and a home collection store base.

Renqiu Dongxing Home Plaza, based in Renqiu and serving Xiong'an with a radiation to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, uses home trade as its value engine. It will create an experiential international smart home complex integrating hotels, cultural-themed commercial streets, talent apartments, and residential communities.

“China Ceramic Headquarters” Upgraded and Renamed to “China Ceramic Sanitary Ware Headquarters”

At the conference, a renaming ceremony was held to upgrade "China Ceramic Headquarters" to "China Ceramic Sanitary Ware Headquarters."

Gong Wei, Secretary-General of the China Building Ceramics & Sanitary Ware Association, stated that Foshan China Ceramic City Group has developed over 22 years into an important window for the world to understand China's building ceramics and sanitary ware industry. After decades of development and iteration, national sanitary ware brands have grown stronger, capable of competing with foreign brands and even surpassing many. The upgrade of the headquarters name to China Ceramic Sanitary Ware Headquarters captures current industry trends and holds significant meaning for both the platform itself and the entire ceramic sanitary ware industry. He looks forward to the China Ceramic Sanitary Ware Headquarters achieving innovative development in business models, service models, content innovation, and digitalization. Tang Jieming, Vice President of Foshan China Ceramic City Group and General Manager of the China Ceramic Sanitary Ware Headquarters, noted that when the China Ceramic Industry Headquarters Base was established in 2008, the sanitary ware industry was subordinate to the ceramics industry. Over 15 years of operation, the base has consistently focused on the sanitary ware segment. As two pillar products of the building ceramics and sanitary ware industry, ceramics and sanitary ware are closely linked from production to channels to end consumption. After the upgrade, the China Ceramic Sanitary Ware Headquarters will further strengthen the important positioning of ceramics and sanitary ware, creating a platform for resource linkage and serving and empowering ceramic sanitary ware enterprises. Subsequently, the headquarters will plan a series of policies and resource support for sanitary ware brand development, providing one-on-one targeted services. In the next three years, the China Ceramic Sanitary Ware Headquarters will gradually grow into an industrial park primarily focused on ceramics, sintered stone, sanitary ware, auxiliary materials, doors and windows, and other pan-home businesses, while also becoming a commercial park with a cultural, artistic, animation, and design ambiance.
