In the heart of Milan, inside the DesignElementi NEFF Collection showroom on Via Lazzaretto, on April 17th, an experience took shape that became a shared narrative between heritage and innovation. Two different but kindred realities met to interpret a contemporary vision, where tradition and design dialogue naturally. In this context, Rizzoli Emanuelli brought its universe made of gestures passed down through five generations of Master Anchovy Makers, selected raw materials, and slow processing, finding its ideal space for expression in the kitchen: a design environment where aesthetics, functionality, and product quality enhanced each other. In the Milan exhibition space, from approximately 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, this heritage was reinterpreted in a contemporary key by Chef Francesco Aquila, the company's Brand Ambassador, who through his creations was able to express the versatility of Rizzoli Anchovies with a current and creative gastronomic language. The protagonists in the kitchen were, in fact, the iconic Rizzoli Anchovies in Sauce, the distinctive symbol of the brand preserved in the famous golden tin, reinterpreted in the "Risotto with Pumpkin, Taleggio, and Rizzoli Anchovies in Sauce". Following this, a speech dedicated to the century-old history of the Rizzoli Emanuelli brand traced its evolution from the iconic tins to the most recent packaging innovations. The event was further enriched by exclusive gifts: each participant received a bag signed by DesignElementi containing a celebratory golden tin from Rizzoli, with the iconic Anchovies in Sauce and the recipe presented by Chef Aquila to faithfully reproduce it. The initiative falls within a particularly significant year for Rizzoli Emanuelli, which celebrates 120 years of history: a milestone that becomes an opportunity to reaffirm its identity and, at the same time, open up to new contexts and audiences. The dialogue with the world of design represents a natural extension of the brand's premium positioning, increasingly oriented towards intercepting a sophisticated consumer, attentive not only to taste but also to the craftsmanship and quality of products.
