Editor's Note
This editor’s note highlights the key facts and market implications behind “Ultra-Thin Tiles: “Kerlite” by Cotto d’Este”, with emphasis on sourcing, product fit, fabrication, logistics, or buyer impact.
During the renovation of a tiled floor, the old tiles always had to be removed first. With the ultra-thin "Kerlite" porcelain stoneware tiles, this is no longer necessary. They are only 3 millimeters thick, which means they hardly add any height. Therefore, the old tiles can remain as a substrate without doors later scraping against the floor. You simply glue the new tiles directly onto the old ones. This avoids expensive labor time and, of course, mess.
Furthermore, the stable tiles impress with XL formats of up to 300 x 100 cm.
