LIXIL Corporation (hereinafter, LIXIL) will revamp its Lasissa series of interior building materials and begin sales from October 1, 2025.
At LIXIL, we are developing products to meet diversifying needs so that customers can enjoy choosing their interiors. Capturing the changes in residents and aiming to create a beautiful backdrop where future residents are the protagonists, we believe doors are important for continuity and fit within a space. The Lasissa series, with meticulous attention to detail, aims to be a high-quality door that fits the space like a well-tailored garment. It is being revamped with the concept of "Beautiful Furnishing."
Wood grain trends are changing, with a greater demand for the natural texture of wood itself. Therefore, for the "Lasissa S" series, LIXIL's core "Crea Color" shades "Crea Pale" and "Crea Rusk" will be renewed for the first time in 15 years to "Crea Oak" and "Crea Cherry," optimized in brightness and saturation to harmonize with solid wood furniture and other items. The new wood grain patterns, designed with a focus on space-first design that starts from the finished space, won't interfere with choosing your favorite furniture. Additionally, the bright and soft solid color "Cozy Light Gray," which pairs well with wood grain patterns, will be added, making "Lasissa S" a more user-friendly lineup of 7 colors in total. Furthermore, in recent years, the number of users who pay attention to and care about the details of their homes has increased, and attention is also being drawn to architectural components such as edge materials and baseboards. Reflecting such trends, the interior doors in the Lasissa series have evolved into a clean and beautiful design with attention to detail, including hinges, to organize the space and create quality time.
Additionally, we will launch the "Water-resistant Melamine Counter," a counter material with excellent water resistance suitable for high-attention custom vanities, and "Lasissa S/D Floor Water-resistant UD Wan," a flooring material gentle on both people and pets.
LIXIL will continue to contribute to the realization of rich and comfortable living by designing spaces and lifestyles through the Lasissa series.

Adopts a magnetic latch. The latch strike is not visible from the front, and the door opens with a gentle touch by slightly moving the handle. Furthermore, a new handle design "Square M," which pursues coexistence with the door and space, has been added.
"Square M" is an easy-to-install handle that reduces installation time by approximately 70%* compared to conventional handles because screw fixing is not required when mounting the base, helping to address labor shortages on-site.

The door hinge is not visible from the outside, providing a clean look without protrusions, allowing the door to harmonize more with walls and floors and beautifully enhance the space. Additionally, the design is considerate, allowing one person to hang the door unit with a simple structure where the bottom hinge is inserted and the top hinge is hooked. *Patent pending. ・Secret Door Stopper The unit-side component is magnetic and built into the inside of the door, not visible from the edge. The floor-side component is compactly designed to be mostly hidden under the door when opened, resulting in a clean and beautiful door whether open or closed. ・Water-resistant Melamine Counter A water-resistant melamine counter, resistant to scratches and strong against water, will be added. With 7 color variations, it can be installed in various places, primarily around water areas like washbasins. ・Lasissa S/D Floor Water-resistant UD Wan "Lasissa S/D Floor Water-resistant/Pet," which has water resistance and addresses pet paw slipping, and "Lasissa S Floor UD," which considers human slipping, have been integrated into the new "Lasissa S/D Floor Water-resistant UD Wan." With this series integration, the lineup becomes 15 colors in total (10 wood grain patterns, 5 material patterns), making it easier to choose products for various scenes requiring high-performance flooring.
