This editor’s note highlights the key facts and market implications behind “KCC Glass’s Home C.C. Launches Large Square Lami”, with emphasis on sourcing, product fit, fabrication, logistics, or buyer impact.
KCC Glass's interior brand 'Home C.C.' announced on the 13th the launch of its new laminate flooring product, 'Forest Laminate Stone Square,' which features a large square format.
The Forest Laminate Stone Square is characterized by its large square format with a 1:1 aspect ratio, measuring 597mm in both width and length. This specification enhances visual stability and a sense of spatial expansion during installation. The design emphasizes a natural stone texture, aligning with the recent spread of stone interior and minimalist interior trends.
The product incorporates 'Real Embossing' technology, which matches the pattern with the surface embossing to achieve a texture similar to real tile. It also improves the walking comfort by reflecting the characteristic of flooring to retain warmth longer compared to tile.
Furthermore, durability against temperature and humidity changes has been strengthened through the use of first-grade domestic plywood and high-strength HPL surface coating. Safety is ensured by using SE0 grade plywood, the highest environmental rating, and obtaining an environmental mark certification.
“Recently, as stone interior and minimalist interior trends have spread, the number of consumers who want both the design of large tiles and the comfortable walking feel of flooring has increased,” said a KCC Glass official. “Forest Laminate Stone Square is a product that realizes both the design sensibility of large tiles and the advantages of flooring.”
