"Ikki" entered the market with kaiseki and creative cuisine. The name "ikki" comes from the Japanese pronunciation "ikki" (いっき), meaning "down in one gulp," conveying a bold, spirited style. The Chinese name "藝奇" expresses culinary craftsmanship, aesthetics, and uniqueness, aiming to showcase innovative Japanese cuisine. The brand uses black and red as its identifying colors, reflecting the aesthetic style of the Edo period. Fifteen years after its founding, Ikki has revamped its menu for the first time. In addition to retaining the classic NT$698 set meal with seven courses, it has introduced a new NT$980 "Supreme Set Meal," allowing diners to enjoy top-grade Japanese A5 black-haired wagyu for under NT$1,000!
