Among the notable pieces are skulls, corals, vessels, hands, pencils, the senses, horses, masks, an octopus, and a cat, among others.
The Fusion of Fire and Earth
Patricia Alvarado, a workshop assistant for fire arts at the Central Directorate of Culture, noted that each of the exhibitors used different techniques and that among the exhibition are works made using slabs, coils, ink, and glazes, among others.
Omar Ernández, one of the exhibitors, thanked the UC for reopening these spaces so that this sector can be reborn like the Phoenix. "For us, it is a pleasure and an honor to have the works here, in which fire and earth united and created pieces."
The central director of culture of the University of Carabobo, María Blanca Rodríguez, expressed her satisfaction with the exhibition and likewise congratulated the team of the Functional Area of Visual Arts, led by Isabel Neus, for this exhibition which brings together creators from the states of Carabobo and Aragua.
