Walls as Sculptures: The Fessura System by HI-MACS®
The new decorative panel in Solid Surface is inspired by the canvases of Lucio Fontana. This fitted wall creates dynamic movement and a three-dimensional effect, thanks to the qualities of Solid Surface, which shapes the entire system.

HI-MACS®, in addition to giving the wall a fluid and dynamic movement, ensures stone-like resistance. This Solid Surface effectively resists potential scratches or abrasions, presenting fire-resistant qualities, proven by numerous certifications attesting to the material's fire resistance.

The decorative panel transforms into an extraordinary work of art in the new Fessura System designed by Arturo Tedeschi for HI-MACS®. Inspired by the famous 'Cuts' on canvas by the father of Spatialism, Lucio Fontana, the Fessura System consists of nine modules in HI-MACS® in the classic Alpine White tone, which change their configuration to create a complex and lively intertwining of curves and waves, demonstrating the thermoformability and flexibility of acrylic stone.

The particular design of this decorative panel is the result of advanced algorithmic techniques that generate exclusive forms and geometries, allowing the designer to quickly customize the digital model of the decorative panel to adapt it to specific measurements. The result is thus a futuristic sculpture that seems to guard a deep and inaccessible mystery through its fissures, designed to enhance the interior of private residences or commercial spaces. Finally, the Fessura System can be installed on existing walls or in continuity with plasterboard panels.
